Kiwifish Internaitonal has built up an enviable reputation as a
boutique supplier of premium quality seafoods.
Working with
small and highly specialised suppliers, Kiwifish International has
a track record for prompt and exact delivery. Air freighted
consignments are hand selected to meet the requirements of
restuaranteurs and foodservice providers in Australia and French
Polynesia.
Fresh-caught
seafoods are sourced on a daily basis from throughout New Zealand
and custom processed to meet individual specifications.
A wide range
of species is consistently available. We have particular
expertise in the sourcing of high value species, including John
dory, Hapuka, Bluenose, Kingfish, NZ sole and Orange roughy.
A strictly limited supply of shark, tunas and billfishes is
available seasonally.
Long standing
contacts ensure access to the very best of New Zealand's ocean
harvest and marine farm production. Kiwifish International
offers a full basket of shellfish species. In season, sea
and queen scallops are a specialty as are squid tubes, farmed
greenshell mussels and pacific oysters.
Fresh smoked
products form a distinctive component of Kiwifish International's
premium range. Teklenburg Brand smoked half-shell mussels
and gourmet smoked eel and salmon products are available by direct
arrangement with this leading New Zealand processor.
All fresh
product is supplied seasonally, frozen at sea and fresh frozen
product is available all year round.
